Wrinkles make the person look old, natural remedies are the best to fight against wrinkles. They are easy and convenient. Also, they have no side effect on the skin. Medical treatments are costly, and also have a severe effect on the skin. If the skin is smooth, it means the person has a rich diet. Wrinkles come on the face due to age factor, smoking, and other ultraviolet rays.

Methods to remove wrinkles at home:

1. Egg whites-

Take three eggs in a bowl and take out a white portion of them and mix well. Give a proper message to skin with egg white and let it dry for about fifteen minutes. Wash it off with cold water. Repeat the process daily for a better result. Egg whites are rich in vitamin which helps the skin to heal which gets damaged due to wrinkles. Egg white has many benefits; if combined with honey it has a marvelous effect. Take three egg whites and mix with a teaspoon of honey. Apply the mixture on the face and leave for about fifteen minutes, wash with cold water. Apply the mixture three times in a week for a better result. Egg whites mixed with yogurt and apply as a facial massage on the skin for about three minutes and wash with lukewarm water.


2. Olive Oil-

Olive oil has an anti-oxidant property which helps the skin to fight against skin-damaging. Olive oil is a very effective remedy to make skin smooth and glowing. Massage the skin with olive oil for at least five minutes. Leave the oil for around ten minutes and then wash with cold water. Massage on areas like neckline, forehead, and under eyes. The nutrient present in olive oil helps to clean the skin. It has polyphenols which act to maintain the skin from aging. The fats and vitamins present in olive oil help in preventing wrinkles. Take a one-fourth teaspoon of olive oil and mix with two teaspoons of lemon juice. Apply the mixture on the face and massage for few minutes. It helps in improving blood circulation. Olive oil mixed with Honey and Glycerin has a huge impact. Make a pack by mixing olive oil, honey, and glycerin. Apply the mixture on the skin and leave for about thirty minutes. Wash with cold water; apply the pack once in a week for a better result.


3. Fruits and Vegetables-

Fresh fruit and vegetables are rich in vitamin A and D, which helps in repairing skin and makes it glow from inside. Taking juice of fruit and vegetables makes skin healthy. It also helps in getting rid of wrinkles. Vegetables which are rich in vitamin c are very beneficial for the skin. Vitamin c lowers the occurrence of wrinkles and also protects the skin from harmful rays of the sun. Vegetables rich in vitamin c include tomatoes, broccoli, sprouts, peppers, etc. Vegetables provide enough nutrition to the skin. Nutrition’s helps to build damage which has occurred in the skin. Kiwi, watermelon, pomegranate, Avocado, mangosteen, papaya, apple, etc. These are the kinds of fruits which are rich in vitamin c, consuming these fruits helps the skin to glow. Kiwi has an antioxidant present in it which helps in further occurring of wrinkles. They are rich in vitamin c, and E. Watermelon contains lots of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidant which keeps the skin nourished and prevented from wrinkles. Pomegranate also contains vitamins and minerals which helps the skin to become beautiful. It is very healthy to eat and provides lots of energy. Avocado is rich in vitamins which keep the skin nourished, while the potassium helps the skin to get nourished and look healthy. Mangosteen contains anti-oxidant which helps the skin to fight against damage.


4. Lemon Juice-

Take a slice of lemon and rub over the affected area. Lemon is acidic; it helps in making skin bright and glow. Lemon juice is very beneficial to get rid of wrinkles. Vitamin c present in lemon helps to build the skin tissue. It helps in tightening the skin pores which gets loose due to the formation of wrinkles. Lemon helps in keeping the skin hydrated and healthy. It also helps to repair the damage due to sun’s effect. Take a teaspoon of a lemon, a teaspoon of cucumber and a cup of water. Freeze the solution and apply the cube on the face for few minutes. It also helps in skin cleansing. Lemon when combined with olive oil, has a great result on the skin. It helps to remove wrinkles from the eyebrow and eye bone. Mix a tablespoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of olive oil. Apply the solution around the area of forehead and leave for ten minutes, wash with cold water. For a better result apply this mixture daily on the face.


5. Keep the skin moist-

Drinking lots of water in a day helps in making the skin moist. At least eight glasses of water in the day keeps the skin healthy. The moisturizer present in the skin helps in filling the gap of wrinkles. Plain water is not easy to drink, replace it with juice and beverages. Consumption of liquid diet helps in making a skin. Drinking water helps to maintain PH balance of the skin. Wash your skin with water at short intervals can also help in maintaining PH balance. Drinking lots of water help to flush the dirty and harmful toxins from the body. Drinking water helps in clearing pimples and acne.


6. Fenugreek-

Fenugreek leaves are very useful in preventing wrinkles. It has vitamins and minerals present which acts as a treatment for wrinkles. Take the fenugreek leaves and grind them into powder form. Apply the paste of fenugreek on the face and leave for the night. Next morning wash with normal water. Using fenugreek oil on the face also helps in preventing wrinkles. Fenugreek leaves help in maintaining the elasticity of the skin. Boil the fenugreek leaves and after cooling, use this cooled water to wash the face on regular basis. Fenugreek has lots of benefits. It helps in antiaging. It helps in making the skin look young. Soak the fenugreek leaves for the whole night. In the next morning blend, the fenugreek leaves into a paste and mix a teaspoon of yogurt. Apply the pack on the face and leave for about half an hour. The anti-oxidant present in fenugreek helps to control aging, while the yogurt has lactic acid present in it which helps to make the skin smooth and supple. Fenugreek also helps to control acne. Fenugreek has an anti-inflammatory factor, which helps in benefiting the skin. Soak fenugreek leaves in water and boil for few minutes; let the solution get cool down.With the help of cotton apply the water to the face. Use this process two times in a day.


7. Aloe Vera-

Aloe Vera contains malic acid, which helps in reducing wrinkles. Take the gel from fresh Aloe Vera and apply on the skin. Leave gel on the face for about twenty minutes then wash with lukewarm water. Mix Aloe Vera with vitamin E capsule and apply the mixture on the face. Leave the mixture for about fifteen minutes and then wash with water. Apply this process twice in a week for a better result. Aloe Vera acts as a moisturizer for the skin. Aloe Vera mixed with yogurt and cucumber has a good impact on the skin. Mix one tablespoon of yogurt, two tablespoons of Aloe Vera, and four tablespoons of cucumber. Apply the mixture on the face and wash the face after thirty minutes with plain water. Aloe Vera also acts as scrub; it helps in clearing skin, which lowers the chances of having wrinkles. Mix a tablespoon of olive oil, with one-fourth cup of brown sugar and one teaspoon of aloe Vera gel. Apply the mixture on the affected area, massage for ten minutes and leave for twenty minutes. Wash with cold water.


8. Ginger-

Ginger has an anti-oxidant feature which helps in fighting against wrinkles. Grate the ginger into powder form and mix with a tablespoon of honey. Eat the mixture daily before breakfast or take a ginger tea every morning, these help in preventing from wrinkles. Honey and Ginger face pack is also very great for the skin. Apply a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of grated ginger on the face. Leave the mixture on the face for about twenty minutes. Wash with cold water. Apply the face pack twice in a week.


9. Bananas-

Bananas are full of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. Bananas help in preventing from wrinkles. Apply the mashed banana on the face and leave for about twenty minutes, wash with normal water when the mixture gets dry. Bananas not only help in preventing wrinkles but also help in keeping skin hydrated. Banana works well with olive oil. Olive oil contains anti-oxidant and rich vitamins which help fight against wrinkles. Take a mashed banana and mix a tablespoon of honey into it. Apply the pack on the face and leave for about twenty minutes. Wash with normal water. Banana mixed with curd and Lemon is also very important for the skin. Take a teaspoon of honey with a cup of curd, mix a teaspoon of lemon and mashed banana. Mix the ingredients well and apply on the skin, wash with cold water after twenty minutes.


10. Almonds-

Almonds are rich in fiber, vitamin e, iron, calcium, etc. which helps in fighting against anti-aging. Soak almonds in milk for the whole night, next morning grind the almonds into a thick paste. Apply the paste on the face for around fifteen minutes, wash with cold water. Also, you can massage olive oil on the face for a better result. Almonds are rich in anti-oxidant and vitamins which helps to prevent wrinkles. It has omega fatty acid, which helps in keeping the skin moisturized. Adding crushed almonds in almond oil can be applied on the face. Give a gentle massage and leave the mixture for about fifteen minutes. Wash with cold water.


11. Carrots-

Carrot is rich in vitamin A; it helps in making the skin smooth. Boil carrots and then make a thick paste. Mix carrot paste with honey and then apply on the face. Wash the face with normal water, or apply the mixture of carrot juice with honey on the face. Wash the face after the mixture gets dry with normal water. Repeat the process twice in a day for a better result. Carrots help in making skin beautiful and glow. Drinking Carrot juice helps in purifying the blood and makes skin glow. It also helps to fight against wrinkle. Carrot helps to prevent premature aging.
